CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate your loyalty and ask you to respect our cancellation policy.
We ask that you please notify us 48 hours in advance in the event of cancellation of any service.
Clients who cancel their scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay 50% of the service.
Any missed appointment will result in full payment for the scheduled service.
DETAILS
When purchasing a treatment through our website, it is your responsibility to contact GTR Lashes & Beauty to schedule your appointment.
45 minute (mini) lash fills must be completed within 7 days of the previous appointment.
In the event of unusual eyelash loss , we will offer an additional 15 minute touch-up. This must be done within 48 hours of the initial appointment .
Please note that fees apply for our travel.
If you reside in a private community, it is your responsibility to notify the main office or security before confirming your appointment with us. By taking this proactive step, you contribute to a smooth process that benefits both you and our team.
